I had endogenous ochronosis because of using esm (steroid cream-momestone furate) so I consult my near dermatologist. He gave me sunscreen and vitamin c 500 mg tablet. Whether the vitamin c tablet had any side effect. Regular intake of vit c tablet cause any damage. Please suggest me.

Vitamin C is very safe but it will not improve your Endogenous Ochronosis. Please get a proper consultation done to find root cause & take customized treatment from doctor.

It is not known to what extent routine ingestion of very high doses of vitamin C seriously impairs health in a lasting way. Occasional large intakes of vitamin C may cause stomach cramps, nausea, and diarrhoea in some fasting subjects but have no long-term adverse effects.
