If I have been vaccinated at childhood for chicken pox, hepatitis a, hepatitis b, typhoid, etc then do I need to take all those vaccines again?

No, need for having, hbv to repeat.(if fully vaccinated) typhoid vaccination to be repeated 3 to 5 years.

There is a need to take the vaccines if there were taken in your childhood. Only the chicken ox can give lifelong protection and hepatitis b also for a long time like 20 years or more
