I have been going to gym since 2 years and now my friend advice me supplement that violations (banana extract, momordica extract, cinnamon bark, gymnema sylvester, chromium polynicotinate) that according to him and the supplement company would utilize carbohydrate for energy more efficiently and increase insulin sensitivity another supplement he advice me was a product cl containing laxogenin for increasing protein synthesis and nitrogen retention. Should I take these supplements? Please help I would be obliged.

You can take this supplement if you are going to the gym. If you can have good normal food there is no need for any supplements
