I am a 58 year old diabetic woman who is on oral medicine. My urea creatinine is usually around 1.4. Recently I was prescribed motivyst instead of jardiance. After having this for around 6 weeks, my urea creatinine became 1.55. I have since discontinued it. My question is: shall I continue on oral medication or think of shifting to insulin. I am working full time and am active.

Your creatinine levels are on the mild higher side. Take sarivadyasav 4tsf with an equal amount of water of meals twice a day regularly.
