Dear sir/madam, I am having a habit of eating excessive sugar while I am controlling myself to stop this but I can't my innerself in requiring me to eat sugar, when I eat sugar I get relaxation so could you suggest me that what can I do with my current situation and how can I stop it or control it pl help.
