My teeth do not have smooth surface its very rough. I look very bad when I smile please help me out my enamels do not mature properly.

Hi, if teeth are not smooth ,they may look rough because of some attrition or abrasion. See a dentist in person and get them filled and polished, also get grinding of the sharp edges of teeth done.
