1) When I lie down (during sleep) I feel more suffocation like my heart is slow or fast. 2) Sometimes for a fraction of second, I feel heartache as well. 3) I feel breathing problem as well and my would have vomiting sensation current doctor gave me "concor cor 2.5" and ambulance x-m tablets and said it's not an issue and I can ignore. I had done echo in october 2018 and it didn't show mitral valve prolapse. It all started after gallbladder removal surgery, one week after surgery. My surgery was done on 4 July 2019 and this issue started from 12th July night.

It is probably post operative biliary gastritis. Little medications will help you. Also increase the height of head end of your bed by 3 inches by placing two bricks or blocks. It will help a lot.
