Hai my kid is of 25 days. He is getting redness on his neck shall I use venusia cream for now I am using coconut oil but it's not getting cure. Any other options?

Redness of skin in Newborns is mostly due to some allergy to cosmetics. Keep skin dry. Avoid soap, talcum powder, oil, kajal for a while and see. It will get better. If it looks like prickly heat rash, you can apply caladryl lotion twice daily. If it is spreading, take paediatrician's opinion. To apply chemicals containing cream to baby's tender skin is not a good idea in my opinion.
