I am suffering with type 2 diabetic, from last 10 years, presently I am using 50: 50 novomix insulin 3 times a day .14 cc per dose along with diamicron xr mex 500 mg morning and afternoon one ,one tablet each time +teniva-m 500 mg+gibtulio 25 mg in the night. Present my sugar levels are 9.4 hb1ac. Please suggest remedies.

Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. With HbA1c% 9.4 % it is clear that your blood glucose is not at all well controlled. Ideally in a well controlled person fasting glucose should be < 100 mg or closer t 100 mg, PP 150 to 180 mg & HbA1c% < 7%. It means there is a need to give a closer look at your diet and exercise. Because you are already on quite a few drugs including Insulin. There is a need to restrict the dietary intake and also increase extent of daily exercises. Thanks.
