Hello. There are many causes of missed periods apart from pregnancy like stress, anxiety, thyroid dysfunction, increased prolactin level, medications, obesity and most important pcos. If you have used the protection it's unlikely to you will be pregnant. However do urine for pregnancy test tomorrow morning. If negative wait till 2 weeks beyond the expected date of period, repeat the test once more and again if negative take medications for periods.

When you are on krimson. Do not worry about pregnancy, its a contraceptive pill as well.
