Can a computerized eye test show you if you have near sightedness or it can only shows far sightedness because I already have number for far sightedness but I have problem in reading nearby objects so I think I have near number also if I check my eyesight through computerized testing machine can it shows me the number if I have near sightedness. Or it can show only far numbers.

Yes, both vision far and near vision can be tested and eye muscles problem (cylindrical number) can also be tested by the computerized system.
