I am 22 years old currently I want to loose weight but have tremendous problems like anemia calcium deficiency some visible symptoms of starting of pcod sinusitis I have had nearly 3 ligament fracture in past 3 yrs.

Dieting can be done for sure. Depending on condition right exercises at right time can be decided by doctor. Principles in losing weight are some exercises, more protein, and low carbohydrate and low fat (omega-6) but to maintain proper intake of vitamins, minerals. After 6 in the evening to avoid carbs and take protein+fibre. For reducing weight if want to use easy scientific way of weight management may contact me.
