I'm suffering from hair loss and Dr. dermatologist suggest me to use minoxidil solution hair4u 5% and i'm using since one month but I don't find no results for my hair loss but i'm still using it butt Dr. told m to use ketoconazole lotion 2% as a shampoo I don't get how to use it as a shampoo Dr. suggest me how can I use that lotion as a shampoo. Will the hair fall more than the use of this lotion?

You should ask your doctor if he meant ketoconazole stay on lotion or ketoconazole shampoo. Usually shampoos are labelled as lotion - you just need to check the base of it is a shampoo base or lotion base. If you have dandruff then this lotion will help in decreasing the dandruff and thereby hairfall.
