I am diabetic from last 7 years and presently on insulin 30/70 hum insulin and janumet 50/1000 mg but still my bsf /bsr remain above 200/250 respectively. Kindly advise.

Either you can increase the dose of insulin gradually or add some oral antidiabetic with different mechanism. Discuss with your doctor. Stick to diabetic diet and exercise regularly.
