I have pcod and I am 19 years old .doctors suggested me to take ovral per month after completion of a cycle I have to discontinue ovral l until I get periods. After completion of menses did I have to restart ovral l or not.

this cycle has to go like 21 days on and 7 days off tge tab in whi h you get your periods. it is not the day of menses but on 8th day of pill free period you have to start the next packet.
