I am having cp mainly spastic type but for last 3 years suffering from lower back pain mainly on rt si joint pelvic area and also in ankle, knees. I tried all medication including steroid injection & physiotherapy session but could?t get relief from the pain & stiffness. I can?t understand is my pain is due to cerebral palsy or prior sacroiliitis problem what treatment should I take to get rid of pain? Pls help.
