Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. As mentioned in the details he is on multiple drugs for control of blood glucose. Fasting glucose seems well controlled, but PP is high. Which means there is a need to control the food intake, increase physical activity. Since there is no mention of his weight, height, dietary pattern and extent of daily physical activity, it is difficult to comment on that aspect. Also there is no mention of HbA1c%, lipid profile and BP readings, plus serum creatinine and serum urea levels. It is necessary to know all those before any suggestions can be made. Thanks.
