Hi, I have low t3 (triiodothyronine) level is 0.67 lesser than lower interval which is diagnosed recently. Do I have to take any hormone supplements?

No, you need not take supplements and the complete report needs to be analysed. Just one level of t3 is not enough. If you have no hypothyroidism you need not do anything.
