I woke up one day when my mouth was not stretching properly whereby even the toothbrush couldn't enter the mouth so that I could brush, then when I consulted a dentist he just told me that it's just simple that I should just take muscle relaxer, but the condition has just changed a little bit ,but this has been my second time doctor, the first time was when I was removed a tooth, so what is the problem doctor.

It might be related to wisdom tooth, get it checked with dentist. Warm saline rinses will help you better, go for it as many as 5-6 times a day.
