I am taking escitalopram 20 mg in morning and mirtazapine 25 mg at night for major depression and social anxiety disorder from the last 6 months but only 50% improved my symptoms can you change my medicines that work better?

Dear Lucky, Your doctor himself would have changed the, over last 6 months, to find the medicine that works better. Please allow him to change or alter the doses. It depends on the symptom severity and its interference in your life. It also depends on the side effect of the tablets and duration of the latest dose.
