Since 5 years l am suffering from diabetes and taking glyciphage 500 mg two tablets daily. Last two months fasting sugar shows 146 mg. Pls suggest. Is there any need to change the tablets or raise the current tablets. L am perfectly fine now.

As per your reports your fasting sugars are still not within the range it needs to be kept below 120 or within the range 90 to 120 for better glucose control and secondly you have not not mentioned your post prandial blood sugar because both fasting and postprandial blood sugar are determinants in deciding the treatment.
