I am 24 male. Suffered from dvt. Almost 70% successful. Stopped taking medication for past 8 months .have no side effects as yet post stopping anticoagulants. I find a tiny speck of blood in my saliva .it looks very diluted in saliva. Occasionally my concern is whether it is something problematic, or just is it blood from my gum bleeding. Please clear my doubt thank you.

You seem to have a gum bleed and it is not related to dvt you had suffered and fear. It is not remitting / recurrent disease.
