I'm doing gym daily due to that having body pain I take once a week nimesulide and paracetamol tab. Please advice is it ok or any alternative to be taken instead of this tab.

If you get pain due to your workout in gym, then it will be better for you to do regular stretching before and after your workout. It is not advisable to take painkillers very often for a preventable cause. You also have other medical problems, so you have to be careful taking too many medications.
