As you have spastic paralysis you will need to continue the physiotherapy for your lifetime. However, it seems confusing to hear that you got it only recently. Cerebral palsy (cp) is a group of permanent movement disorders that appear in early childhood.

The treatment options for cerebral palsy are more of mechanical rather pharmacological. It will be best guided by direct patient examination and physiotherapy. For sacroilitis a lot of medicines are available. Pain killers are only a part of the treatment regime and should not be continued regularly for long. Other options can be opted after ruling out other associated spinal diseases by mri and blood investigation. It is better to consult a spine specialist for the detailed examination and treatment.
