Better to use natural food supplement. As different protein supplement has side effects as well not too good for our metabolism rate too. You can these things:- Include high protein like soya beans ,rajma, kabuli chana,lentil, chana, arhar dal etc. Include high calorie like whole wheat flour, cereals , mix vegetable khichdi, buttermilk, desi ghee, mustard oil, soya beans oil, whole egg, chicken, meat, roasted fish, beet root, carrot, fruits, salads, nuts, seed, walnuts . Include dairy products like chhena, yoghurt, cheese, mayonnaise buttermilk . Include all green vegetables and fruits and milk with banana. You can also get your body constitution ( vaat/ pit/ kapha)done for better results.
