My wife aged about 49 years was taking tazloc ct 40 once a day in the morning for bp. But she was taking lot of water and getting frequent urination. So our doctor changed it to telvas ln once daily. But she experienced swelling of feet and face. So after one week doctor changed to telmikind-40 (morning) + bisoheart 2.5 (evening). She has started taking the same. Whether this would be appropriate to control bp and other side effects.

The symptoms you have described can be due to fluid retention in the body which can have cardiogenic or nephrogenic causes, consult a qualified cardiologist and get appropriate investigations done i.e. 2d echo, treadmill stress test, cardiac enzymes and get the medications modified accordingly.
