Hi sir I am taking nexito 10 mg from the last 6 months and I recently added mirtazapine 15 mg at night and increased dose of nexito 10 to 20 mg. But I am seeing average results can I change medicine?

Dear Lybrate-User, please consult your doctor who will assess you for your improvement and side effects. Changing a medicine without giving in its full dose and for enough time, is useless. New medicine may or may not give an average result. Why lose the improvement with nexito? That is why mirtazapine is added. After 2-3 weeks when you go to the doctor, it will be decided to change or increase the dose or add another tablet or therapy. Please remember tablets alone can not change you totally.
