Hi Sir, I have face on freckles and pimples, sun burn and last for 12 years. I have use for demelan cream but no effect, home remedy apply but no result. Please suggest cream or any treatment for my skin.

For freckles co2 laser is the best option (some doctors also prefer active q switch ndyag). Advice for acne treatment need detailed history and examination. 12 years is long time for a simple sun burn. I would highly recommend you to visit a dermatologist around you for it's proper treatment.
