Hi Sir, 25 years old, male. At 13, noticed changes- emergence of white hair, no growth of body hair, high pitch voice. Gynaecologist surgery done last year. Currently-stagnant body hair, teenage beard, little hair on legs, armpits.got these tests done for the first time. Note: blood sample given at 7: 30 am testosterone: 3.48 (normal -2.49 to 8.36) lh: 3.92 (normal-1.2 to 7.8) tsh: 3.36 (normal - 0.4 to 4.2) prolactin: 15.19 (normal - 3 to 14.7) fsh: 3.31 (normal -1.4 to 15.4) 1) didn't get estradiol test done, should I get it? 2) a doctor prescribed cabgon 0.5 mg twice/week fr 6 months (hyperprolactinaemia) 3) other doctor has advised me to get mri brain done. Can it be done without contrast?(to get clear view of pituitary gland and tumor abutted) 4) chances of delayed puberty?(at 18, my voice changed a bit and now I have a teenager voice). 5) hypothyroidism, klinefelter syndrome?(long stature than others in the family tree, stagnant growth of testicles and penis). Please advise as I can't afford spending lot of money for the treatment.
