Sir can epidural steroid injection relieve cervical spondylosis pain permanently? Does mei scan report done in 2011 will help navigate the injection? Or do I need latest report. I am on nsaid (ultracet) at present. Regards dinanath. Hyderabad.

You should have a recent report to check the present stage of the spondylosis. Steroid injection cannot give a permanent pain relief. You can start off with the physiotherapy treatment as well. Because the muscles around should get strengthened. Visit a nearby physiotherapy clinic.
