Sir, I have been taking nexito plus, for anxiety syndrome for last 4 yrs. Now I am fine. How to stop the medicine, like tapering down or not. And if I stop is there any chance of recurring of the symptoms. Thanks.

Recurring can be reduced or stopped by taking therapy for sometime after you discontinue medicine you will require techniques to deal and manage residual anxiety or any future episode consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online or in person all the best.

Yes, sir please do not self-regulate the medication. Consult your doctor who will taper it according to presence of symptoms or the lack of it. It would have been ideal if you had sought counseling too. That individual would have advised you too. The reduction should be gradual but in accordance to observable symptoms to the professional.
