Hi, three months ago I done my colonoscopy and I had few ulcers (minor ulcer). I just want to know can I workout in gym? Will it affect my ulcer if I do intense workout because some exercise like dead lift, squat, plank is the core exercise of stomach.

Yes, you can do all these exercises. Just do not do empty stomach. Take any seasonal fruit 15-20 mins before starting exercises. And take a banana n whey protein within 10 mins of finishing your exercises.
