Antibacterial mouthwash can both treat and prevent bleeding gums, killbacteria and reduce inflammation to soothe sore, swollen, bleeding gums yes, there is important difference between alcohol free mouthwash and normal mouthwash as alcohol free mouthwash prevent dental disease and freshen breath and use of alcohol containing mouthwash should be discouraged for long term use because it contains ethanol as preservative. After use your inhaler- make sure to rinse your mouth with water.
