I started getting heart attack like symptoms, when I first got it I was confused and wasn?t sure if it was a panic attack or a heart attack, the symptoms lasted for 2 hours straight. Now every now and then I feel it coming but now I can control it by breathing. I am still not sure whether is it a normal panic attack or something more serious. I am always worried of another episode. Ps: I was recently taking medication for stomach lining inflammation from stress and certain types of food that made me ill also I used to be a smoker and I started vaping and since then I developed this condition. One more thing when I don?t eat for a long period of time I feel it coming but its starts with stomachache.
