Despite strong medicines and diet my diabetics does not come to normal - janumet 1000/50, ryjodeg 40 unit am pm, amaryl 2 mg. gluten and soon.

In controlling diabetes (blood glucose) drugs do play a major part, but equally important are dietary restriction, taking exact amount of calories and doing regular exercise to maintain near normal body weight. As I can see that you are already on multiple drugs including Insulin, hence, it is very important to give a closer look at your diet, exercise and weight. Since no details about blood glucose levels and HbA1c% are given it is difficult to make any relevant comments. Thanks.
