Gums are swollen. If I press blood is coming. I consulted dentist and got the teeth cleaned. But no improvement. Please help to overcome this.

you did not mention condition is limited to one to two teeth or it is generalized. Get a full mouth xray done to rule out other pathologies. If issue is related to gums only, consult a proper periodontist. laser gum surgery may be help but I cannot be sure without clinical and radiographic correlation. condition may also be related to your other heath issue apart from mouth i.e. systemic condition.
