I had my wisdom tooth removed on saturday morning. It was very difficult extraction process as it was not coming out easily. Anyway I was given enzoflam twice a day. After 6 to 7 hrs. The pain again comes. Is it safe to take enzoflam if so for how long. Today is the 4th day n the pain is still there if I don't take tablets. Dr. has given me dolo625. Also. How many days can I take the tablets. Can enzofmame be taken till such time as pain subsides totally.

Hello, wisdom. Tooth extraction require home cutting and other extensive procedures which cause pain and take time to heal. So don't worry. Take antibiotics and enzoflam as prescribed by the dentist from 3-5 days. And dolo you can take for pain as and when required. Once a week is over and you still feel like taking medicine for the pain visit your dentist once. Also start lukewarm water and salt rinses 3-4 times in a day. Thanks.
