I got scaling of teeth but now I experience pain in left side in upper teeth and on applying ornigreat gel I get relief but pain shits to right side. Dentist who did scaling says my teeth are ok but gums have receded. What should I do to get permanent relief.

You should start vitamin c. Massage gums with turmeric and salt twice daily. Use homoeopathic toothpaste heclalava.

Gingival (gum) recession causes some sensitivity and pain in affected tooth. Scaling will definitely helps in relieving your problem. As you said pain goes off when you apply some gel over it, so things will get normal in 5-7 days, but in case if pain stays for longer duration or problem persists after 7 days then you need to consult again to the same or other dentist for the needful.
