Hello doctors, I am use many creams my around mouth darkness. I am worried not a result completely and permanently. I am using melacare and after that's darkness gone but that medicine cause danger so I want stop that than come back again around mouth darkening please help me.

You can go for chemical peel or laser toning and bleaching you need medications and soap also pigmentation dullness darkness mostly because of sun exposure or after pimples poor nutrition and stress take rich diet like dates carrot beetroot banana milk dry fruits green vegs etc drink daily 10-15 glasses of water daily apply sunscreen lotion daily according to your skin type take proper sleep and time to time food
