Is azithromycin 500 mg 1x 7 = 7 days enough to treat gonorrhea or it's combination with ceftriaxone etc is also required. If yes, then what should be the ideal dosage of intravenous ceftriaxone along with azithromycin 500 mg tablet and for how many days?

1gram x 5 days of ceftrioxone would be ideal but need to have an examination to be certain.
