I recently joined yoga classes. Its 3rd week. I noticed that I get tired easily and I will be lack of stamina. What shall I do? What do you recommend? Do I need to start and stop doing anything? Any help would be appreciated.

simply increase water intake, milk and fruit intake and most important is Abhyanga (massage by Seasame oil) regularly if possible or twice a week at least... to be continued.

Do Your yoga Practice on fix decided time Any increase in frequency or potency should be gradual do proper rest and sleep take plenty of water and juices specially rich in in vitamin c and antioxidant like lemon, orange, pineapple, papaya Ect. Set Your Bioclock and Do your routine or task on regular time. Take Diet reach in nutritious value and easy to digest.
