Hello, tartar as mentioned by you are the deposits that form a layer around or on the teeth because of food and beverages we take and get calcified which needs professional scaling. Even if the scaling is done once in a year it is sufficient and after the scaling to maintain the oral hygiene brush twice and do rinse with water after eating or drinking something so that the food does not stick on the surface of tooth for long. Main the tooth, clean it properly & atlease every once in a year (every 6th month scaling is recommended) get scaling treatment. Brush twice daily in proper technique. Use soft tooth brush. Sometime (use for one week then then gap- don't use regularly, it may cause tooth stain) use chlorhexidine mouthwash with water.
