Gall bladder stone measuring 21 mm found. Is surgery needed or can b cured by any therapy. please advice. Back, ribs pain there. Taking pantop currently.

There is no way to expel gall bladder stones (unlike the case of kidney stones). So gall stones if they are not creating a problem, let them be there. But do follow annual checkups. But if they are causing problem, it's better to remove them.
