Hello, Thanks for the query. The information given is too scanty to give any suggestions. I do not understand what do you mean by "sugar raised by 20 points". Without the actual fasting or PP values, this sentence has no relevance.To give any suggestion i need to know fasting, PP glucose, HbA1c% weight, height, extent of daily exercise, dietary pattern, BP readings and lipid profile. As regards insect bite, if it has already been cured, no need to worry. Thanks.

You need not increase the dosage. Stress increases the sugar levels (in your case its the insect bite) it will normalise in some days.
