Try to remove using ear buds if not possible then consult ent else you may push wax medially towards drum causing problems.

Firstly you should stop otorex instead use either waxolve\waxilve\waxclear ear drops 2 drops every 3 hours for 4 days then go to an ent doctor so that he may remove your earwax from both ears. Under no circumstances are you to even try to remove the ear wax yourself.
