I have addiction to coffee and nescaf� without a limit sometimes 17 cups and in case of lack of nutrition and pressure or stress or psychological shock I have ocr and depression and loss of concentration. Recently I use lotion carbonate 600 mg a day and injection risperdal 37 mg every 15 days is there a substitution for medicine like fluanxol depot which I used before or to give it up like electric settings and in case of pregnancy what is the safe substitute for medicine like lamictal?

Taking too much of caffeine is not at all good for health. It has many side effects. Moreover, as you are also suffering from ocd and depression, it will only add to your problem. You have to control the intake of coffee. If you want to get pregnant and have a baby, then you must know that taking caffeine beyond limit will affect the baby too. Most importantly, I would suggest you to seek counseling. Take the help of a counselor (psychologist). Medicines alone will not help you much. You have to take counseling along with medicines if you want a satisfying result.
