Hi sir, I am 17 years old I recently noticed a skinned colour hard bump or pimple not to big nor too small on my scrotum. I confirmed it that it's not on my testicle, so my question is should I be worried about it it feels like a benign when touch and also can be feel from other side what should I do. Please give answer specific to the question thanks.
