Hi, I had tinea cruris for long, somehow got it treated with itraconazole 200 mg and sertaconazole cream for almost 1 month. Now, after long, there is a big patch on hips which has same texture like fungal but a lot in control. It's a long persistent one. Also, I feel the same has impacted the penis glans (white plaque), a lot of constant itching in one right ear canal, and not too much but slight flush of the tongue. Considering the hepatotoxicity, pl suggest would only topical is suggested or to be combined with medicines as well. Pls suggest the course. Thanks.

The primary risk factors are associated with a moist environment (ie, warm weather, wet and restrictive clothing, obesity causing constant apposition of skinfolds). Men are affected more than women because of the apposition of the scrotum and thigh.
