What should be my diet and what yoga should I follow and there is written if I am suffering from cervical spondylosis and constipation problem.

You should take fibrous diet fruits. Cornflakes, dalia, green veg, and drink at least 2 glass of water just after wake up. For cervical spodilitis you can do bhujangasan, dhanurasan, sarpasan, backword bending of neck, use soft cervical collar to avoid forward bending of neck.

Hey Vishal, i would recommend you for cervical spondylosis avoid neck banding in front side, don't use to high and low pillow at night. keep avoiding work like too much use of laptop and mobile phone just keep up your face.. work on your posture while using these things.. keep practicing some yoga poses regularly like bhujangasana (cobra pose) and in your age constipation is very rare.cure it in natural way otherwise it may lead so many other health issues .. keep watching your food habits. take small 4 to 5 frequent meals instead of 2 or 3 large meals.. food should be lite and add fiber rich food in your diet, fruits green vegetables and salate more in your diet, avoid oily spicy n heavy meals unhealthy food and limit your out side food junk n processed food. increasing water intake 7 to 8 glasses and water should be lukewarm. take 1/2 tsf trifala churan at night time with lukewarm water.. if you want to know more consult with me again.
