I use basalog insulin (25 units, twice daily). I inject using a insupen ez insulin pen which I don't like. Can you suggest other compatible insulin pens.

Insupens are actually very easy to use. Alternative to it, is injections. Which are much more tedious and difficult to use. Meet a local physician for demonstration. So, you can use it properly.
